Great location in the center of the old town, within walking distance of shopping and interesting neighborhoods. The staff is friendly and helpful. The suite on the 8th floor is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a fabulous view. The breakfast is amazing, and the service team is excellent.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and assisting with any issues.
One disappointment was the lack of free internet access, which came as a surprise. the car parking fee of 35 euros per day seemed excessive for hotel guests.

the spa and wellness center was exceptional, the full body massage was heavenly, and the indoor swimming pool was spotless. the service here was first-class, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the bar/lounge area was decorated beautifully and offered a great selection of cocktails.
